Read MoreI did not read my Feb. 6th, 2011 Oregonian until today and was saddened to see Jaimie's obituary. I was a neighbor of Leah's at the "Hollywood Lanai" for many years. I took her to Sweet Home to meet my parents and we stopped in Eugene to see Jaime. I met Joe, when they came to Portland one time. I would love to hear from Whitney or Tyler or Joe.

We enjoyed knowing Jaimie in Eugene many years ago and understand her wish to have a memorial service on the banks of the McKenzie River. We make annual trips past her cabin above Belknap Springs each fall and remember the good times. Our thoughts and love to Jaimie's family.
