My heart goes out to all of jakes friends and family. I went to school with jake from 5th grade to graduation but had not seen or talked to him in years but i do know that he will truely be missed by everyone who's lives he touched. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone at this difficult time.

Our prayers and sympathies are with the family of Jake. I only met Jake once, but talked with Don about our families often while hunting in Colorado. Don told me that he was proud of his family and that he loved them. No more has to be said because nqw they are together.

My deepest sympathies to Pat and family. I have many great memories from our elementary years playing in the neighborhood. He will be greatly missed.
