Dave,Janice and Jordan We just heard of Jake's passing today. No words we may say can ease your pain;just know we are so sorry for your loss. You were the first parents we met after Noah's diagnosis and your words of hope and encouragement eased our worries. We THANK YOU. ( In case you don't remember Noah he is the 2yr. old who screamed his head off that whole day in February,while poor Jake was stuck in the room with us at the hospital). SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT JAKE'S PASSING. MY HUSBAND AND I CAME TO KNOW JAKE THROUGH A ADD IN THE PAPER. HE WAS A AVID NASCAR FAN AND MY HUSBAND WANTED TO GIVE JAKE TICKETS TO A RACE IN LOUDON,N.H. JAKE WASN'T6 ABLE TO MAKE THE TRIP. MY HUSBAND DID GO AND PICKED UP SOME NASCAR STUFF FOR JAKE. I DELIVERED IT TO HIM. HE WAS VERY QUITE BUT I KNOW THAT HE REALLY DID ENJOY THE STUFF. I am so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. I had kept up with his progress through my sister, Lisa (Sheridan) O'Brien and her daughter, Jennifer. My deepest sympathy is with all of you.

It brings great sorrow to hear that Jake has lost his battle with cancer. I've always felt it's through the love shown by others, and hope of the gift of another day, that we all our blessed with the time we have.
