Jamal and I met at Seneca (Mr.Lynn's 10th grade science class). Jamal, Troy, Dre and I were always in trouble together! Those were the days. We continued our friendship at UofL when he became close to my big brother. We lost contact shortly after that but I had the privilige of seeing him again at Jewish Hospital where I am employed. It was very disturbing to hear that Jamal passed away. But you must know that he is no longer suffering. I know it is hard, but joy comes in the morning.
