Not sure what to say?

I've seen Jamal in person and I went to his elementary school. I'm pretty sure he's in heaven reading this and he probably won't remember me and my brother. We were in the spelling bee with him. He actually won the spelling bee and I envied that. I also remembered seeing him one day. But I've also known that he has dated 2 of my friends. Well I've always remembered the smile he's had on his face. I'll never forget about your loss. Even though I really don't know you that well, I wished I've...

Jamal this is Alex, I miss you and love u. Sorry I wasn't here to see you take your final journey, I think about you and Dustin every day when I wake up. You would b the only one that would talk and listen to me and I would listen to u also,I miss you so much but I know you are in a beter place now. I will see you and Dustin again. I love you Jamal, RIP.

This is Jamals mother. It has taken me some time to write anything in Jamals Guest book because I am lost for words. I am very thankful for everyone and their comments. I'm so glad that you all was able to have Jamal in your lives. This is all still unreal to me. I really don't have the words to explain how I feel. I just know that Jamal was a good boy, so respectful, loving, and very funny. He was a wonderful son to me, a good brother, and a good grandchild. We all miss him so very much. He...

When I heard of Jamal's passing, I couldn't believe it. He was one of the happiest people I have ever met and he is now gone. I hope that everyone can go through this hardship and remember him for the good person he was. I will always miss you Jamal. I hope you rest in peace. ?

WELL MOST OF THE FAMILY DON'T NO ME BUT IM DINAY AND I WAS JAMAL'S PLAY SISITER AT COULWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL. I KNOW THAT IT IS KIND OF LATE TO SIGN THE GUEST BOOK BUT IT HAS TAKIN ME SOME TIME TO GET OVER IT AND REALLY I'M NOT. IT'S HARD TO GO TO THE BUS STOP AND TO SCHOOL WITHOUT A PERSON LIKE JAMAL. PERSONALLY TO ME THERE ISN'T MANY WHO ARE LIKE HIM! JAMAL WAS BASICALLY SOMEBODY I COULD REALLY SAY I LOOKED UP TO.! IT'S JUST HARD TO BELEIVE THAT SOMEBODY I WAS SO CLOSE TO IS GONE, BUT YOU KNOW...

So sorry for your lost. He will always be remembered for his smile. Jessica and I will always love your family as family.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

To the Smith, Rowell and Howard family: Jamal has had a great impact on so many lives, as we all have shared and read. Vann and Tiny have raised two great young men. Jamal will be missed so much. Josh I am very proud of you. Find strength through your pain, be your best as Jamal saw his big brother.

Heven is a little happier with our Jamal.
