Jame Ray Shelton

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my Uncle Ray. I am Wanda Higgs Phillips, daughter of Ray's sister, Shirley Jean Shelton Higgs. I usually read the paper daily, but somehow I missed this. I just wanted to let you know that had I known, I would have been there to say goodbye. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
