Dear Mr. Abbott, Sidney and Tommy,

I started in the business with Jim ( I would call him Henry). We worked together for many years. I loved Henry like a close cousin. At least 25 people have called me over the past 4 weeks all shocked and all saddened by Henry's passing.
He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He is already missed. I wish I could do or say something which made your terrible loss better.

Jim was a Leader, a Mentor, the real live go-to guy everyone wants to have in their lives. He had a memory for Customs regulation and procedure and FMC regulation that put even today's computers to shame. He is and will always be respected and loved by those he worked with, taught and managed throughout his career.
