I am so very sorry to hear of Judge Abell's passing. I worked with him for many years. He was one of the most hard working civil servants ever. He was a caring and loving person. I learned so much from him. I am sorry I was not able to attend his wife's wake (earlier this year). I would have liked to have seen him and talked to him one last time.
