ABBEY was his nickname in college. He was a truly great friend during the few years I knew often leading me into some sort of trouble (all in good fun) and always there to get me out. Many a road trip throughout the South and all nighters studying. Sorry to hear of his passing. Ron Gray

lynn and I lived one house away from LULU and did not know her until one holiday afternoon we heard all this music, etc. coming from her deck with a bunch of fun folks- we only knew davis bennett and he told me who it was..I asked our pal judge mcelroy who this guy from sewanee was and from where did he come ? judge told me that his dad had a hardware store in the country and was a master carpenter.
