PEN ARGYL
James D. Abruzzese, 81, of Pen Argyl, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 29, at Gap View Personal Care. Born May 15, 1943 at Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Attilio P. and Josephine C. (Cesare) Abruzzese. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Joy (Eaby) Abruzzese.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 6, 2024, at 11 AM at the Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, 126 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Pen Argyl. There will be visiting hours Thursday beginning at 6 PM until 8 PM and Friday beginning at 10 AM until time of services, all at the funeral home. Interment will be in Belfast Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to the Slate Belt Senior Citizens Center, 707 American Bangor Road, Bangor, PA 18013.
