14 Strong Minus 1 James Adolfson was the most amazing husband, father, and grandfather. He did anything and everything for his wife and family. His family is beyond blessed to know of such a love that was James. 44 years ago, the life that he built with his wife started as a kiss for her...

Not sure what to say?

I went to Gonzaga Prep with Jim and have just now learned of his death. Although we failed to keep in touch I have fond memories of Jim and the blue Oldsmobile. At the time we attended Prep, it was an all-boys school, so we were "starved" for female interaction. One time during a free period at Prep, we decided to drive over to Holy Names (the all-girls school) for fun. As we slowly made several passes next to the school some of the girls saw us from their classroom and came to the windows...

Jim and I spent our high school years together at Gonzaga Prep and both graduated in 1975. Like Jim's friend and mine, Mike Gifford, we also sadly, drifted apart. But every now and then I would think of him and wonder how he was doing. One story I would like to share about us goes like this. Back in the mid 70's in Spokane one big thing to do was cruise up and down Riverside Ave on a Saturday night. Jim got his drivers license before me and so he obviously became the designated driver for...

I started my career with Jim opening the new administration building. Jim was a thoughtful, intelligent , personable and funny guy. We had some laughs over the years.I pray for strength for his family.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

JIM was a awesome man.He was very kind.Im very glad I was able to work with him and get to know him.He loved his family dearly. SO sorry for your loss..

Jim was our high school friend and although we did not communicate for many years sadness has been felt by all of us. Jim actually worked for my father building furniture frames in the late 1970's. In life getting a job, getting married and having families pulled us in different directions. Needless to say your loss has saddened all of us and we offer our sincere condolences.
