Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Algiers when he came to live at MCH. I always enjoyed talking with him. He was over the top friendly and the picture with this obit is the way I will always remember him by. That friendly, understanding, smile that says don't take this life so seriously. My sympathies go out to his wife and family. The world was a better place because he was in it.

Dear Beth and family,
So sorry to hear about your dad. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Steve and Sandy Palen

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Algiers when he came to the Medical College of Wisconsin in the 1990s. He displayed a vast knowledge of medicine, especially the practical aspects. Dr. Algiers was a true scholar and friend.

It was during these conversations that his dedication to his work and his love and admiration for Dorothy often came through. He so loved her and...

Very sad to hear. He & Dr. Phil were my heroes when I was 15 with osteomyelitis. Bill Rudersdorf
