Not sure what to say?

Dad - it's been nearly a year...I miss you terribly. I think about you every day...honestly...nearly every moment. Thoughts of you are never far from me. There's so much I want to share with you. I love you, Dad.

For those that we have not been able to contact either by phone or email, Jennifer, John, and I would like to invite you to join us for a golf outing on Saturday Dec. 21 followed by a memorial service at our father's home in Scottsdale.

Please let us know as soon as you're able to as we are finalizing arrangements.

Jim..I called you for our usual golf game..which you did not answer..I though it was unusual because you are always on top of things...I called again...just thought maybe you were out of town..now I know..it seems like just the other day we were having a beer at your house talking about your son coming in and how we would all go golfing..I loved your spirit, your intelligence, your competitiveness...and you just being a mans man and enjoying life...I could not help but cry today...I will miss...

What an amazing man and great teacher through both his words and by his actions. I learned much from him about work and also life during our several years working together. He loved his family greatly, the stories were never-ending. I can still hear his laugh today.

I light this candle for you Dad. The light of your memory can never be extinguished in the hearts of all of us who loved you.

My father was one of the most wonderful men that anyone could know. I have been truly blessed to have been raised by him. He taught me the core values of honor and integrity. His sense of humor was infectious. He is so deeply missed. Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Dad was a good man. He lived his life without regret. He was the sort of man that could go anywhere and know that he would not encounter a person that he had "done wrong". In fact, he would often brighten someone's day with his sharp wit and quirky habits. Dad was a treasure.

May you and your family remember the happy times that brought you joy. Isa. 41:10,13

John and Family,

I was saddened to learn about the passing of your father Jim. John shared many stories with me and I regret that I never had the chance to meet him in person. I know that this is a difficult time but I hope that you know many people are thinking about you and your family.

Our sincere condolences,
Ryan & Angie Dawley
