I will always remember Jim for being a great member of KDPS, and a very nice guy to be around. Always had a nice smile and good things to say to the people around him, and this was always.

Jim was the real deal when it came to being a street cop. He squared me away on more than one occasion. When I was new I begged to ride with him, I knew there would always be some kind of action. RIP Jim.

Jim was a real likeable fella. I used to share many good times over coffee in Gilmores basement. I just recently got to see him and meet his bride in Hot Springs, with his ol pard Ed Gooding. God Speed my friend!
