I worked with Dr. Arens in Houston at the Memorial Hermann - TMC Campus. I was the new CMO and he was serving as the Chair of Anesthesiology to help elevate the efficiency of the operating rooms. He was a dedicated physician and a great help to me and the organization. He'll be missed by many.
