James Alexander Arkatov

So sorry to just now learn of the passing of Mr. Arkatov while I was trying to find his daughter Janice who I went to Carthay Center Elementary School with in the mid 60's. I remember Mr. Arkatov being a very kind man & father when I visited their home back then. He & his wife took us many times to Fisher's Hamburgers near Farmer's Market on 3rd Street for some great food & family fun.
