I loved him

Jimmy was 5 days older than me. We graduated together in 1975. Having only sisters, Jimmy was one of a few guys I considered my Brother. We were apart for many years but did reconnect in the past few years and took up where we left off. It is with heavy heart I say goodbye to my Brother, but so glad I did have some time with him once again. My thoughts and prayers are with his family that loved and cared for him to the end. I have many, many memories Of Jim Armbrister. I first met him in the 1990's while working at Food Lion. The store was in the shopping center where Sky City used to be. He was one of my Managers while I worked there. I had a great respect for him as a manager. During that time, I also worked for Mt. Airy City Schools. I started at B. H.
