Aloha Oe to Kimo Austin, a man's man, and symbolic of another time and place, and inspiration to his fine keiki and many others. Amazing accomplishments and rich roots here, in addition to making his mark on the mainland as well, wow! No wonder Jimmy and Siana turned out so well! And his perfect mate, Gay, who preceded him, the purrfect balancer and so much more. See you next Thrs for an event to remember, indeed, a CELEBRATION of a rare Winged O, at his beloved OCC. Mahaloha/PTL for his...

Aloha Kimo. My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Austin Family. I meet Kimo when I was 14. When I was 16 Kimo invited me to go with him and Tony Crabb to Kapolei Ranch on Molokai to hunt and dive. As I was "riding" it, it started to Cry. I told Kimo we cannot kill it. And asked if it would survive...

Will never forget the indelible memories with Kimo and my dad, as well as Gay and my mom. Friend and mentor, they were part of our family. Always with a smile and a helping hand, just a wonderful man. Aloha, Kimo!
