Read MoreI met Jim several years back at my parents antique shop in the Richland Uptown. Like Jim, I'm an avid record collector and always enjoyed talking to him about various artists, songs, albums and some of old radio stations in the Tri Cities. We shared a mutual like for the Beatles, Dylan and some real eclectic 60's music. I always looked forward to him stopping in for a chat on Saturday afternoons. May you rest in peace Jim.

Jim worked at KWNC in Quincy, WA for a time. He told me that he had an idea for the station break, but he wasn't sure if he could get the permissions: To borrow a line from Star Wars - A New Hope, the station break would be '"This station is now the ultimate power in the universe!" - KWNC, Quincy"
