I met Jim at Eastern in 1950. Shirley and I were roommates. I think Jim was always a gentleman and just a good man even at that young age. He stood out even then. We will never know all the young people who benefitted from Jim's teaching and coaching... What a legacy..So glad our paths crossed.. Thoughts & prayers to Shirley & Family .
