James William Baer

Mr. Baer was a great mentor to me. he lived at The Chandler Estate for about 5 years with Connie prior to moving to Florida to be closer to Connies daughter. Mr. Baer was a trademark at Chandler just as he was during the rest f his life. He was a natural leader and quickly became involved in Chandler events and meetings to help make a difference, which he did. I have and will always cherish my time with Mr. Baer. To this day I try to pass on what he taught me to the generations coming up...

My Dad was a good father. He taught me good values. and He had helped me when I moved to Albuquerque 1995Novmber. Applying for jobs. I love my Dad ! He will be missed. Kari Leigh
