Not sure what to say?

My coach and my friend. Coach Bailey was truly one of the best people I have ever met. Condolences to Marcia and the entire family. RIH my friend.

Dear Marcia and family, You have been in our thoughts and prayers. We were so saddened to learn of Jim's passing. Working with Jim through the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development during our time in Fostoria was always a joy. His kind personality and sense of humor will always be remembered. We are so sorry we are unable to express our sympathy in person this weekend. God bless you and the family in the weeks and months ahead. In memory of Jim, Cheryl Buckland and Larry Manley

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I met Jim through the Fostoria Kiwanis Club which he was a member of for many, many years. He was a great member, always willing to volunteer and help other members projects and activities. My deepest sympathies to his family!

Marcia, I´m so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. May God grant you peace at this most difficult time.

I was a bit of a rebellious student when I was his student at Fostoria High School, and Jim and I did not often see eye to eye . Many years later, I called him on the phone and asked him to bring me a yard sign when he was running for a 2nd term for mayor. Reluctantly, he drove to my house and knocked on my door, unsure of what awaited him. I welcomed him into my home and he nervously told me that he really thought that my phone call to him was a prank. I told him that I certainly could...

We could always rely on Jim for an opinion, a good idea, an opening prayer at annual meetings. He was a great friend to us individually and to United Way. I am very saddened at his passing as are his many co-volunteers, I'm sure. Sympathies to Marcia and his children. Rest in peace Jim.

I played basketball for Jim and was his JV coach many years ago. He was a man of integrity, a friend, and mentor! My deepest condolences and sympathy to Marcia and their family. Steve Ingram

My condolences and prayers for the family on your loss .
