Balfanz, James E. age 67, of Gainesville, TX, formerly of Eden Prairie and Big Horn, WY. Jim spent the majority of his career as a successful racehorse trainer. Preceded in death by son, Daniel; parents, LeRoy and Delores Balfanz; and brother, Tom. Survived by sons, Corey (Kimi) and Joshua (Lisa); grandchildren, Teagan, Lukas and Karlie; siblings, Peg (Jim) Johnson, Don (Debbie) Balfanz, Kathy Balfanz and Jan Seeger; many nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friend, June Holland.
