In the time that I knew him, Jim was a strong (and soft/nurturing) male figure in my life. I looked up and admired him. He treated me with respect and kindness. I will miss his sense of humor, his compassion, and his laid back nature. I hope to celebrate his life with friends and family. While there is much to mourn, there is even more to celebrate. Love you Jim.

So many good memories. Loved hanging out with all the Ballou´s. Green Acres was our play ground. Jim married my friend Anne, so it was nice to see him from time to time. Condolences to his wonderful family sending hugs and love!!

I considered Jim my closest friend...even when life and miles separated us. My memories stem from our early neighborhood "adventures" terrorizing Green Acres to the crazy years at NCHS and beyond...sitting in a duck blind ,running the trapline, or chasing fox in the middle of night in a snowstorm...all great stuff(and great story's) I will never forget. Jim was just a great easy going guy!...and one of his best days was when he met Ann! I pray for Ann's and the entire family's...

Jim was a very good friend for a very long time. Jim and I worked at Don´s Standard together for a bit before working together building homes and doing side jobs and then for a short period at a trucking company. Jim was a great friend and I can say one of the best. Thanks for all the great memories Jim.
