I learned today of Jim's passing. Jim was a kind and selfless man. He was very special to the Pagones and Duffy family. We are all very sad to hear of his passing.

We were so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a dear friend of not only my parents but also our entire family. we have so many fond memories of Jim. He loved my sister's chocolate rum pie. She would make it a point to make an extra one for him on holidays and take it over to Hillcrest Terrace. We will all miss him. Love, The Popp Family

Jim deserved an...

Janice and Jamie, I grew up with your father on Cedar Street as kids and saw him many times in our adult lives too. He was a good man and I want to express my sympathy to you both. I knew your mother well too.
