James Thomas "Bo" Barnes Jr.

Just found out my childhood friend Bo passed away. Bo and his entire family were always so good to me. I grew up with Bo and Larry on East Drive and I could probably write a book with Bo Barnes stories. We always managed to scrap up gas money to chase the girls on Friday and Saturday night. You will be missed my friend.

Bo, Your brother misses you everyday. You are still a part of all of our lives. You still make us laugh when we think of all the things about you and your humor. Wish you could have stayed a little longer.

It has been 5 months since your passing, But yet it just seems like yesterday, Christmas is here and it just does not feel right without you here....I know you are in a better place and I am sure your Christmas rocked this year! So many great times...Easter crawfish boils, July 4th cookouts, jetskiing at Gravine, Memorial days, Thanksgivings, Christmas Eves and who can forget all the many wonderful OOA Mardi Gras Balls not to mention the catfishing & shrimping... man what a ride it has been! Bo thanks for the 30 years together. All the times you used to pick on me when we were growing up and thanks for all the good times like Bar-be-queing ,and playing the guitar with my brothers.
