James Barnett

BARNETT, James Jim died on May 7, 2024 at age of 88. He was a Plano resident who had worked for TI and Raytheon his entire career. Services are at 2 PM on May 15 at Restland Wildwood Chapel followed by a reception at Restland. See Restland website for full obituary.
