Michael, Mary and family, Im so very sorry for your loss. He was such a wonderful man. He always had a smile on his face and made me laugh.im sorry I cant make it to the services. Im in a wheelchair til my hips get replaced. Its kinda hard to go anywhere. I want you to know that iv Weve been thinking about you all. Jim Barsi...what a great guy. I was born in Watsonville but moved to Florida in 1992. I made several trips back home over the years since then and that always included to see Jim behind the counter at Barsi's Liquor. He was a 'People Person' and always asked for a copy of Cahoots, a newspaper I had started in Watsonville. Seeing Jim and a few others was always a highlight. A good solid man who will be missed!

I was so blessed to know Jim for many years , taking wonderful road trips with him all by over the USA and Canada . He was our partner in the Humbolt Hunt Club for many fantastic years. We were there in the beginning and watched it grow. He loved to fish with my husband Frank, they spent many hours fishing in Nevada. Jim was such a great friend to us for so many years, I´m sure he will be so missed by his kids. It´s hard to lose a spouse, a father and a very much loved Grandfather. All of us...
