In the late '80's my Army retired husband was a patient of Dr. Bailliere and they became good friends in the process. When Al went for his last day of treatment he was presented with a "graduation cake" What a nice thing for Dr. to do for a fellow Patriot. He was a wonderful person.

Bas was my doctor for many years and I also had the pleasure of working with him while I was a nurse at MMC. When I was pregnant with twins he kept telling me he would do my delivery in the east wing of 3C, and we could name them after his two externs, Chito and Zerudo. When I was actually in labor he came to my room in OB, looked at his watch, and told me to hurry up so he could do the delivery before he had to go to the office. We have lost one of the best!
