Not sure what to say?

Dear Brother: We still miss you and will continue until we met again. Even though it has only been 6 years since you past, it seems a lot longer. Love you.

I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since we lost Jim. We all miss him every day. Today is Veteran's Day and I am proud Jim served in the 82nd Airborne Division for his country. RIP Jim

My sincere sympathies to the Bast Family. May God the Hearer of Prayer bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time-Isaiah 51:12

We would like to offer our condolence to the family for the loss of your loved one. May prayers strengthen you and memories comfort you. May our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who loves us, comfort your hearts and make you firm. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,

We met Jim when he married Linda, my long time friend. I deeply admired his loving care for Linda during her illness and his courage during his own.

Thank you for sharing your life with us; although it be for such a short time. I guess I am selfish, I wish we had met earlier so I could have more memories, more talks, more life.

Michael, Chris, and Misty
Although he was only in our lives a short time, we got to know what having a brother was like. Talking to Jim on the phone was like talking to our Daddy again. I will forever remember our trip on 89A and how we laughed so hard. Rest in Peace, Brother. Until we meet again. We love you..... Katie

I always remember he tried to get kids to eat stuff by saying "good tuff" lol

Jim was a friend I met through the Cincinnati Chapter of the 82nd Airborne Association. He was an honest and dependable man who would help anyone that needed it. He will be missed by all. Gary L. Strobel, Honorary Member of the 82nd Airborne Division Association, Cincinnati Chapter.
