Jim was an inspiration to me from the day we meet. We worked together on so many projects at EPA and he was always up for a challenge. In fact, I still use some of his programming code. While it has been many years since I last saw him, he will always live on in my memory as a person who never quit.

Jim's incredibly upbeat attitude, sharp wit, boundless sense of humor, diligence, knowledge, skills and wisdom will be sorely missed at the Environmental Protection Agency. The Grace and Diginity in which Jim accepted his fate after his fall was second to none. He has been my inspiration through all these years, my friend, and an extremely funny guy. He was one of my most favorite people and I am glad I got tell him that.
