Not sure what to say?

I think of you often and wonder if Orlando and you are together ? You both were such special friends.

This saddens my heart. I too went to school with Jim. Layton High School Class of 72. He is and always will be a brilliant man, a wonderful and kind Friend. He was funny, and always wore a smile. He was a class leader, and served us well. Blessings of Love and Comfort to you and your Family in the days ahead. You will be in my prayers. I especially liked the in lie of flowers do something kind for someone else. I will do that today, for Jim.

Jim was one of the kindest men that I ever knew. He was always willing to lift and help a neighbor. God be with you 'till we meet again!

I had the sincerest pleasure of working with Jim at WFG. With a smile on his face, I was always warmly greeted by Jim. He always asked how I was doing and always stopped to actually listen. I just loved that about him. I can say in my 42 years, he is probably THE nicest man I have ever met, and I looked forward to seeing him at work. I am saddened to hear of his passing, and my condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends. I know he is smiling down and is so proud of you all. I'm...

I knew Jim since I was 14 years old, as he was my backyard neighbor. He was the oldest, with 3 younger sisters. I used to go to church with his family and to LDS conferences. Both of his parents worked at our high school. His father was the Music and Choir teacher, and his Mom was the attendance secretary. We were both 1972 graduates of Layton High School. When I moved back to Layton after being gone for 30 years, it was Jim that called me to ask if I, along with him, would work on one...

James was a wonderful person! You could count on him if you needed help in band or choir or whatever you might need. He always did everything with a smile! Will miss you but know you are watching out for the Class of 72 LHS forever!

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was the father of my friend. Although I didn't know him well, years later we ran into each other and he recognized me and asked how I was doing. He was a genuine, kind man and will be missed by many.
