Not sure what to say?

Bearden Family: We are very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. But we know that he is with Shana now, and that is his place...with her and by her side. It was extremely hard for us to see Jim while his health was declining...so hard, it brought us to tears every time.

Jim: Thank you for everything you did for us and we will never forget you. We, especially David, are so very glad we got to meet you guys. Give Shana a big hug from us and we will miss you both dearly, until we all see...

I was saddened to read of the passing of Mr. Bearden. His many friends and family are in my prayers. I was in a class Mr. Bearden taught at UT Arlington years ago. He was the kind of person one does not easily forget. He motivated us to learn and to be the best we could be. What a great guy.

May the Lord Grant Jim Eternal Rest and Comfort his Family. Jesse & Susan,Poolville

I am devastated to hear of Jim's passing. He played an important part of my professional life in the biggest cases I tried. He also was a great help personally when my daughter was going through a rough time. In life, Jim was a great protector. He will be missed.

What a loss to this world of an intelligent, kind, hard working man who loved his family and friends. My thoughts are with you all at this time of grief. May God bless you and keep you.

We are remembering Jim and all that loved him in our thoughts and prayers.

May God be with you all during this difficult time. I am praying for your peace and comfort.

So sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. He was one of the good guys. God will keep a watchful eye on his soul for eterenity. Kathy (Briggs) and Joe Gaston

My sincere condolences on the passing of Mr Bearden, He was my attorney and assisted me in getting out of a frivolous lawsuit right after I returned from Operation Iraqi Freedom and for that I will always be grateful. Since that time he never missed a time sending me invitation to the Annual Crayfish Boil. You will always be in my prayers.
