Not sure what to say?

Mr. Begg was an inspirational teacher. The fact that I still talk about him with my own children is testament to that. From water bottle rockets to his stories of being electrocuted, his class was definitely the best one I´ve ever had. Now that my son is in middle school he is learning about rockets and I´m able to pass on what Mr. Begg taught me all those years ago. He was a man that I´ll never forget. You still are missed.

I just wanted to say Mr. Begg was an amazing teacher. He was so caring and took students under his wing to help them have a respect for animals and science. 7th grade memories such as water rockets, taking care of animals on school breaks, and watching the movie soylent green will forever be with me. Because of him, I everyday think about how I can help the environment . Thank you Mr Begg for all you have done for this world. RIP

When you think about a teacher that made a difference, that changed the lives of the children under his care, you think of Jim Begg. Thanks for making such a huge difference in my life and in the lives of so many of my friends.

Jim....Miss your jokes; your amazing sense of humor; the way you could charm anyone.... I always thought you would be on Jay Leno telling stroies...... Jimmy stories.. I still love to tell them... your life was amazing... Miss you

Rest in peace, Jim. You were an amazing person. I was blessed to be a part of your life for twenty years.

Mr. Begg will always have a special place in my life. He is truly the man that made me love science. When I first entered his class I was failing it badly, but he took a special interest with me and truly mentored me and helped me to realize science was something I not only enjoyed but thrived at. Words cannot express the appreciation I have for him for helping me to realize what I was missing. You will be missed and never forgotten.

Mr. Begg will live forever in the hearts of all the students he inspired. I for one have not forgotten his special way and love of teaching science.

Bill & Jim - Dec. 2007

Jim Begg’s family has been touched by all the funny, heart-warming stories and memories about Jim. He was always loved and adored by our family, but we had no idea what an impact he had made on so many people. We want to thank Lucinda Luttgen, Jaclyn Pasko & Tasha Carey for speaking at our brother's memorial. These inspirational tributes to Jim were absolutely incredible!! We also really enjoyed hearing David & Ryan’s tributes to their father, as well as Barbara’s recollections about...
