Hi Lana,
I was in your OHS class of '64. Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband. We were trying to find you because the email and phone we have for you are out of date. We have a new website for our class where you can stay in touch, see reunion photos, and send messages to classmates. Please sign on at www.ohs64.com or contact me with your current email address.

When I heard that Jim was dying a thousand memories flashed through my mind of Jim and I growing up, of those golden halcyon days we enjoyed together as little boys and adolescents. My mind was flooded with memories of the fun we had growing up together: playing Monopoly and other games, tramping through Diamond Park with Jim Baugh, all the movies the three of us saw together, the three of us exploring with our bicycles, his introducing me to Laurel & Hardy, his fabulous mimicking of Stan...

We met Jim and Lana in the early 70's. We bought our first house from them. Lana and family we are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. May God give you strength and you have our deepest sympathy of your great loss. Reed and Lori Trull

So many great moments of laughter and pointing out the humor in the obvious. I'm blessed to have known and worked along side you!

Strength and prayers to your family!

Jim was a neighbor and friend growing up on Greenwood Ave, Glenview Area, Oakland California. Please know that many caring thoughts are with Jim and his family during this time of sorrow.

Jim was a pleasure to work with everyday. You could always count on Jim's quick wit to brighten the day and your life. Although I only came to know Jim in the last eight years, he quickly became one of my best friends. His positive attitude and determination to enjoy life was truly infectious to everyone he met. It was a blessing to be one of his friends and he will be sorely missed by many. Our prayers are with Lana and the family.

I worked with Jim Benish at Xerox for over 10 years and there is nobody I would rather go on a sales call with. He was the consummate pro we all learned from. But what I loved and will miss most is Jim's unique sense of humor. I'm glad to have known Jim Benish. Our prayers are with you and the family Lana,

I worked with Jim Benish at Xerox. He was very knowledgeable about color printing and was the consummate professional. He had a great sense of humor. His co-workers and customers thought highly of him. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Jim. Sending our sympathy and prayers to you, Lana, and family.
