I will always cherish the time I´ve had with Jim.!He was like a father to me since I was about 8 yrs. I will always miss our garage sessions for years on Avalon. We talked for hours and he taught me many things about drawing and art which we both were passionate about. He always had another project up his sleeve and worked on numerous great works at the same time. I will always miss him but am so grateful for all the times we spent together. Xxoo Liz

I worked for Mr. Bennett as one of his landscapers while he resided in Lawrence. He was a wonderful and sweet man who always had interesting things to talk about. He cared deeply about the environment and the people around him. It was an honor to have met and worked for him, and I still have the books that he gave me because I told him I was interested in Asian history. I am sad to see him go.
