My deepest sympathy to Jim's family for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Jim as opposing counsel and knowing him as a friend of my previous employers. Jim was kind, decent, and fair as an attorney, and he was consistently kind and respectful to support staff, which was rare at the time.
