Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. I remember Jim as a young child when I would go with my parents( Boo and Evelyn Green) up to Aunt Margs and Uncle Willy's cabin. I remember all the times we swam out in front of his cottage in the "swimming hole" Ah such fond memories. God Bless you

My sincere condolences to Cookie and family, I remember Jim, Cookie,& Beckey with fond memories of times spent on the Platte river. You are a kind loving family. I pray Jim will continue to watch over us all.

Susan, Lanelle & family. So sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I know a special life has passed from your sight, but never from your hearts. He will be meeting all of his friends from the Platte River days.

Shirley Green

Lanelle my love & prayers to you at this time. It was so good to see you for a brief moment this summer when our family took a river trip for old times sake. You were out in your yard & I had the chance to say hello. Love to all of your family & you. Marilyn Strieder

Lynelle and family, such great memories of you and Jim. Good times and great friendship. Our prayers are with you and God bless you with his peace and comfort. Love Kelly and Peggy Drake.

Mr. Benton, you were a great person and I will never forget the great times I've had on the Platte river with you and Cookie. My sympathy goes out to Cookie and the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing, I remember him telling us scary stories up on the Platte during bonfires, when we were young. It was so good to see you this summer when we went down the river. God Bless, Jim will be missed. Fran Strieder Hemond and Family
