I learned about Jim's passing today and I'm stunned. I've know Jim since he began working at Acura (I've had my car serviced there) and always looked forward to seeing him. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Jim will be missed by us all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends during this very difficult time. So Incredibly sorry for your loss. Jim was such a great person. We used to work together at Audi and he was one of my all time favorite people there. We were all so sad when he left the dealership, work was so dull after he left. He used to always make us all laugh every day! RIP
