Archpriest James Bertolini, who in retirement was attached to Saint Paul the Apostle Church in Las Vegas Nevada, fell asleep in the Lord on February 29, 2016 in Las Vegas.Born in Brooklyn, NY in 1942, he was received into the Orthodox faith in 1971 at Brooklyn's Saint Mary Antiochian Orthodox...

I had the pleasure of working withe Fr. James in the late 90's and had remained friends ever since. I will miss his undying support...his enthusiasm and his endless humanity toward others...I am so glad that the Lord brought him home in such a peaceful way...I know he valued his family so much...and I'm sure they, along with his dear friends, will miss him a great deal...and hope to see him in the next...my condolences to his family members...and those who loved him...
