Not sure what to say?

I just heard about Jims passing. It has been a long time since I have seen him and Linda. We used to work together at Pacific First. I just wanted to let you know Linda, how sad it is to hear and that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Take Care and God Bless.

So sad to hear of Bix's passing... I will always remember his shining smile and quick laugh - he was a fixture in the Olsen household with the bellarmine 'boys'. My Mom loved to cook for him becuase he loved to eat and my Dad loved him like a son. The world is a bit dimmer without his spirit, but I know that he is joining friends and family that traveled home before him. My sincere condolences to Linda and the Bichsel family.

Gretchen Olsen-Jacobsen (Leif's sister).

Well, Bixy you're with Leif now. I'm sure the two of you are having a blast! I know you are both looking down on all of us with affection and protection. Linda, my thoughts are with you!

"Bix" as we knew him was like a big kid. Always the life of the party. Laughing and smiling. The picture you used is perfect of how I remember his sweet smiling face. Those were in the Bellarmine Days. We know God will keep "Bix" busy in heaven doing good works.

Bichsel was a big part of my dad's life, therefore, a part of my childhood. Unfortunately, I only had the pleasure of seeing him twice over the last five years, but I thought of him often and he holds a special place in my heart. My thoughts are with the entire Bichsel family, and with Linda and hers. May you all find solace in knowing that he's at peace and will continue to live on through the many lives he's touched.

I remember the big Bichsel family from my days at Aquinas, and I remember James, who, from the words here, did lead a big and full life. My thoughts and condolences are with your family. Julie Burr, Seattle

I was saddened to hear the news about Bix. Like everyone who knew him, I remember well his infectious laugh and easy smile. He always made everyone around him feel good. The picture captures the Bix I knew perfectly. And I'll always remember how Big he could play basketball. My condolences to his loved ones.

To Linda and all of Jim's friends and family, shocked and saddened and my thoughts are with you. The picture is the perfect image of how I and I am sure many others see Jim in their memories. We were not close, but certainly knew one another and had that "closeness" that all PFF alumni still feel. A good guy, and my sympathies to all

I am sorry to hear of your recent loss. May constant prayer to our heavenly Father and fond memories of your loved one comfort you in this difficult time.
