Jim was such a nice man. One of my favorite customers to see each year. I enjoyed talking Michigan football with him. He was always asking and concerned about my family and the sporting activities I was in. I will miss the spending time with him while I worked on his furnace as he took notes. It was always so wonderful to be with Jim & Carol at a gathering or at the many games we connected with them at. It was such a joy to see that they found eachother and had such a wonderful time. Our sincere sympathy to Carol, Shelly & your whole extended family. Prayers always.

I only met Jim and Carol a few years ago when we both moved into our condos in Inglewood Park. I always enjoyed our conversations and wish we could have gotten to know him better. My deepest condolences to Carol and his family.
