Norm, or "DOC" as we knew him in the Klown Unit of the Shriners here in Baton Rouge, always had jokes and smiles for his 'brothers' in the fraternity. Doc extended the hand of fellowship and philanthropy, and helped newcomers quickly feel accepted as part of a bigger and more important organization. I shall always remember Norm fondly. Norm and I worked together at BCBS for many years. He was also a very special clown with my Dad in the unit. Thanks for the laughter, Norm! May your memories continue to keep his memory alive. God Bless You All!
