Norm will always hold a special spot in my heart. His infectious smile and sparkling eyes will never be forgotten. I loved him as if he were my father. My thoughts are with the entire Bilyeu family.

I shall always remember Norm fondly. Norm and I worked together at BCBS for many years. He was also a very special clown with my Dad in the unit. Thanks for the laughter, Norm! May your memories continue to keep his memory alive. God Bless You All!

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
