The Honorable James Dale Bimson

To the family of Judge Bimson- My name is Barbara Hanna and I just found out that your Dad past away. I worked in the court system with him as his clerk and admired him greatly. I was up for promotion for supervisior in Civil Division and Judge Bimson backed me for that position; I feel without him I would not have gotten the job. I really owe him alot. He was the sweetest person to work for and I had great respect for him. I am truly sorry for your lost. With deepest sympathy Barbara Hanna

I was sad to see that Judge Bimson has passed. He was a fine gentleman, always kind to me; and I know he will be sorely missed. My condolences to Betty and their children. Prayers for the family.

I would like to express my condolences to Betty and her family. Although I knew Betty very well from working together, all my contacts with Dale were positive and he was a warm person.
