Excellent Doctor and person. I had a compound fracture to my ankle in 1967 and Dr. Blackburn saved me from losing my right foot. God Bless and may he Rest In Peace

My deepest sympathy to your family. I feel blessed by the friendship I shared with sweet Jim. From the coconut pies and other baked goodies, the great hugs, and wisdom and dry humor, he was a bright light to me; I feel privileged to know and love him.
