Dear JoAnn, Aunt Mary, and Cousin Denise.
Returned from Hawaii on Aug. 13th, and Brother Ron met us at the Airport, and informed me of the bad/sad news of Jim's death. To say the least, I was taken back. Too young with so much more life to live.
I can only hope you will all know that the amount of life we get to live here on earth is a gift of sorts, and hopefully the life after death is even more meaningful than the one we are given here on earth. Sad has death is, good...

Dear JoAnn, I will never forget when we first moved here. We couldn't get our sofa in the front door and here came Jim with his tools and in went the sofa.. The boys remember very fondly doing things with Jim especially the year of the big dirt pile in the back yard, they had so much fun with him. Jim will be greatly missed by us all. He was a gentle soul who would do anything for anybody. We are here for you and Lily and Zoe.

I've been in Texas since August 8th and just got the message today (12th). I am incredibly saddened and stunned at Jim's passing. Judie and I send our sincerest sympathy to you and the rest of Jim's family. He was a terrific guy and we always shared a bunch of laughs when we got together. I'll miss him.
