We have known Roger since his days as a police officer. He truly loved his family and his best friend. He will be missed, but now he is with his love. Our sincere condolences to the girls and their families.

I am Rogers half sister. We were close when we were younger than got close again 50 years later. I am very saddened to hear about his passing. I will love and miss you forever Roger. I hope your up in heaven with Mommy Love, Denise

I knew Roger from the American Legion as a fellow Air Force Veteran. What a kind person. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Roger was a great friend to all, always upbeat. He would let me know when the city police had their Cash Bash, which I loved going to. My Condolences to Rogers family.

Blyth family, I worked in Washington for many years and when I would see Roger he always had a smile for all and would always take time to ask about my family. He was a good friend to all and a great public servant. He will be missed.
