James R. Boeckman, age 65, of Montezuma, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at St. Rita?s Medical Center, Lima. He was born January 25, 1950 in Cincinnati. He was preceded in death by parents Robert and Ethel (Diller) Boeckman. He was married to Nancy (Rutschilling) on October 26, 1979 in Coldwater, and she survives in Montezuma. He is also survived by four children, Heather and Roy Fullenkamp of Dayton, Matt and Holly Boeckman of Celina, Anna and Jerry Wehnes of Rockford, and Jen Boeckman and Jeff Boysell of St. Marys, fifteen grandchildren, Sophia, Leo, Dylan, Sylas, Amelia, Grace, Emma, Ava, Alex, Natasha, Stephanie, Chase, Skylar, Langston, and Arayah. He is preceded in death by two grandsons, Conner and Cody, and sisters, Janet Parker and Joan Boeckman. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, the Coldwater Knights of Columbus, and Coldwater American Legion. He retired from Pax Machine Works in Celina. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, with military rites. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater on Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
