James passed away on September 15th,2025 after an extended battle with cancer. James was born on April 22, 1955 at Grace New Haven Community Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. James spent many years working as a machinist, at Turbo in Ivoryton, Connecticut. James loved spending his time at state parks, riding his bike and swimming with his children. James was predeceased by his daughter, Jillian Bond and his parents, Beverly Stouffer Bond, and James Bond Sr. James leaves behind three children and one stepdaughter Jeremy Bond, Trisha Bond, Tiffany Bond and Christina Thomas in addition to his children. James leaves behind multiple grandchildren his two sisters, Lisa Farrell, Leah Smirnow, nieces, nephew and friends.
Family and friends are invited to the Brooklawn funeral home 511 Brook street Rocky Hill, CT, on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 10-11a.m.
Burial will follow in Beaverbrook Cemetery 90 Post Rd Clinton, CT.
