James Richard Botting

I knew Jim and John in the mid 1960's when their father Rev. J Botting was pastor at the Vancouver 1st Christian Church in Vancouver B.C. Canada . Jim and John stayed with my mother when they first came to Vanvouver . I was saddened to read both Jim and John have past . I have fond memories of both of them when the 3 of us were growing up here . . Best wishes to the surviving siblings . John Joustra

I worked with Jim in the late 1980s - and attended many NASCAR races in the 90´s - good times! Jim always had a good story to tell around the camp fire at the races. If there is a NASCAR section in Heaven I am sure he is there at the camp ground waiting for the next race - RIP Jim!
